Our original business dates back to 2002, when the idea was born. The first store opened its doors to customers on January 17, 2003, as a family owned and run business.
Our innovative business concept soon became a huge success and the opportunity to open a second shop arose on October 13th of the same year. The brand became established and two more stores opened on August 1, 2004 and May 10, 2006.
I was involved in the family business from inception, initially as as apprentice while I completed my studies. After I graduated, I became fully involved into the company's day-to-day operations and I soon mastered the secrets of the profession. I have never stopped learning since.
Over the years , I participated in several trade conferences, representing our company worldwide and successfully partnered with international businesses.
With the Internet, I saw the opportunity to create a whole new branch of my business entirely online, while keeping in close connection with the original company.
So in 2019, I founded my own international company Crystal Qveen LTD, in Dublin and established international partnerships with a number of recognized jewelers, goldsmiths and wholesalers.
Thanks to my logistics and processing center in Ireland, I currently fulfill orders throughout Europe satisfying the highest quality expectations of my discerning customers.
